Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance.
The Florida Lifestyle Expo reserves the right to accept or decline any sponsorship at its sole discretion if it determines that the sponsor, products, services, messaging, or business practices do not align with the mission, values, or reputation of the Expo.
Sponsor benefits are determined solely by the sponsorship package purchased and may include:

Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of sponsorship benefits without refund.
Sponsors are responsible for providing:
All artwork must meet the specifications and submission deadlines established by the Florida Lifestyle Expo.
Late submissions may result in omitted promotional opportunities for which no refund or credit shall be provided.
Sponsors grant the Florida Lifestyle Expo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the sponsor’s:
solely for purposes of promoting the Expo before, during, and after the event.
The Florida Lifestyle Expo grants sponsors a similar limited license to use the official Florida Lifestyle Expo logo solely for approved promotional purposes.
Neither party may alter the other’s trademarks without prior written approval.
Unless expressly stated in a written sponsorship agreement, sponsorships are non-exclusive.
The Florida Lifestyle Expo reserves the right to secure additional sponsors, including those within similar industries.
Industry exclusivity will only be granted when specifically identified in a signed agreement.
The Florida Lifestyle Expo reserves the right to modify:
when necessary for operational, safety, weather, or business reasons. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, vendors, staff, and other sponsors.
The following activities are prohibited without prior written approval:
Sponsors are responsible for the conduct of their employees, contractors, and representatives.
The Florida Lifestyle Expo reserves the right to remove any sponsor whose conduct jeopardizes the safety, reputation, or success of the event.
Sponsors agree to comply with all applicable:
Sponsors are solely responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required for their products or services.
Sponsors are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage.
Certain sponsorships involving exhibits, demonstrations, food service, alcohol, vehicles, watercraft, fitness activities, or interactive experiences may be required to provide proof of commercial general liability insurance naming the Florida Lifestyle Expo and the venue as additional insureds.
Insurance requirements will be communicated before the event.
Sponsors conducting demonstrations or activations must:
The Florida Lifestyle Expo reserves the right to suspend any activity deemed unsafe or disruptive.
The Expo will photograph and record the event.
By participating, sponsors grant permission for photographs, video, audio, interviews, logos, displays, exhibits, and promotional materials to be used by the Florida Lifestyle Expo for marketing, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Sponsors retain ownership of their trademarks, copyrighted materials, and branding.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of intellectual property between the parties.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate sponsorship agreement:
The Florida Lifestyle Expo shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
If practical, sponsorship benefits may be transferred to a rescheduled event or future Expo.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Florida Lifestyle Expo, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the event.
Total liability shall not exceed the sponsorship fee actually paid.
Sponsors agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Florida Lifestyle Expo, its organizers, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of:
Information collected through sponsorship applications will be handled in accordance with the Florida Lifestyle Expo Privacy Policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Manatee County, Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any executed Sponsorship Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding sponsorship participation.
Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Florida Lifestyle Expo. Our sponsors play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience that celebrates Florida’s vibrant lifestyle, culture, businesses, and communities. These Sponsor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Florida Lifestyle Expo (“Expo”) by all sponsors, advertisers, and promotional partners.
By submitting a sponsorship application, signing a sponsorship agreement, or making a sponsorship payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
